This is a purchased, grafted avocado tree. I also have several seedlings that I started from seed. We purchased one for about $20-30 at Home Depot hoping the grafted one would fruit faster than the seedlings we started, which reportedly take about 6 years to fruit. The seeds are easy to grow.
